The Intake Specialist will be responsible for gathering and processing client or customer information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures. This role includes providing excellent customer service and acting as the first point of contact for program participants or clients.

  • Experience in customer service, case management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is mandatory.
