Job Description :

General Description

Build and lead the execution of e-Commerce initiatives to support the company's overall online sales, brand, and customer experience goals.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Drive exceptional conversion metrics through all digital touchpoints while ensuring the brand experience is consistent on all platforms
  • Expertly merchandise our online presence through the analysis of customer behavior and inventory management
  • Strategically plan, execute, and monitor 1 to 1 digital channel content via email, SMS, and other mediums
  • Work closely with purchasing teams to develop direct-to-consumer product exclusives while also using analytics to help guide future product development
  • Drive strategy, planning and execution of key acquisition/retargeting channels, to drive engagement and conversion, while tracking against key metrics.
  • Analyze site metrics and synthesize digital campaign performance across marketing channels leveraging that information to help lead our customer engagement strategy
  • Lead site experience improvements through analytics while also providing a strong user experience that drives satisfaction
  • Oversee third-party vendors and work with partners on strategic initiatives that will improve site KPIs including product reviews and test/targeting
  • Support the preparation of the annual budget, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and monitor reports on results versus budget/forecast based on historical data and analytics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years management level experience in online sales & digital marketing.
  • Extensive Shopify experience with technical knowledge of both native and 3rd party features and tools.
  • Project management and brief writing experience.
  • Exceptional forecasting, analytical, and operational skills.
  • Exception experience with email marketing tools.
  • Paid and performance advertising management experience.
  • Expert skill with Google Analytics.
  • Ability to recognize and adapt to the quickly changing digital landscape.
  • Retail industry experience preferred. Front-end development experience (HTML, PHP, etc).
  • Content creation experience (photo, video, or otherwise).
