The Service Technician's primary duties encompass, but are not
restricted to:
· Uphold company and customer-defined standards of quality, hygiene, and
service during the installation and maintenance of dispensers, water filtration
equipment, and coffee machines across residential and commercial sites
throughout the island.
· Perform filter replacements.
· Handle the installation, relocation, and removal of equipment.
· Ensure equipment cleanliness and sanitation.
· Address service calls promptly and effectively.
· Distribute invoices and service agreements to clients.
· Manage product sales and deliveries.
· Document all services and utilized parts in Salesforce.
· Efficiently manage daily routes.
· Oversee inventory of products, parts, and filters in assigned vehicles.
· Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
· Engage in planning and organizational activities.
· Demonstrate attention to detail.
· Utilize reasoning skills.
· Apply critical thinking and sound judgment.
· Manage time effectively.
· Conduct troubleshooting as needed.
· Exhibit independence in task execution.
