Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience in operations, logistics.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing operations teams.
  • Development and implementation of innovative strategies to optimize efficiency and promote customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Forklift certification, preferably.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, with advance knowledge in Excel.
