Job Description :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate customer data from multiple sources (CRM, sales, digital platforms, surveys, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to track customer behavior, churn, engagement, and retention trends.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of customer segments, purchasing patterns, and lifecycle behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company data governance policies.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes, analytical methodologies, and reporting capabilities.
  • Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty PR and LLA policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
  • Other functions that may be assigned. 
  • Monitor daily and weekly CVM KPIs and develop detailed reports for the CVM Strategy Manager and other senior leaders, including prepare executive summaries with actionable recommendations.
  • Support the design of base marketing campaigns targeted at specific customer segments; conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and impact on KPIs.
  • Build predictive models (e.g., churn analysis, propensity to buy) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Translate large datasets into actionable insights that inform CVM strategy and improve business outcomes.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

2-5 years of progressive in strategy roles, product management, and customer value optimization.

Other Qualifications:

  • Fully bilingual
  • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar analytical roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python, as well as visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and quantitative methods.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
