· 1 year experience in Call Center experience
· Experience on In-bound and Out-bound calls
· Multi-tasking
· Fully Bilingual
· Full availability including weekends
· Basic – intermediate computer skills (emails, Microsoft apps, word, web navigation etc.)
· Data entry experience (recommended)
· Overtime will be required based on business needs
