Job Description : We are seeking for a Program Coordinator!


Responsabilities: 

  • Provide support to the Program Management Office (PMO) in the development of best practices, methodologies, standards, and templates for project's execution. 
  • Provide support in program’s progress and budget monitoring
  • Provide support in the elaboration of short-, medium- and long-term capital expenditures budget and forecasts.
  • Provide support to the PMO with tasks related to internal and external audits.
  • Provide support in the development, maintenance, and updating of the Project Information Management System.
  • Prepare monthly program’s status reports.
  • Update of plans and project’s processes documentation.
  • Provide follow-up on procurement processes status.
  • Assist in the process to identify capital initiatives related to improve the efficiency of the operation.
  • Prepare requests for proposals/project manuals for services such as design, inspection, and/or construction.
  • Assist during the procurement process responding to RFIs. 
  • Participate in project's meetings with internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Any other tasks relevant to the role.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering- Preferably Civil Engineering
  • At least 5 years in related work.
  •  Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & MS Project/Primavera
  • Bilingual.
