Job Description :

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Enrollment Maintenance Specialists (EMS) to support Medicaid provider enrollment and maintenance processes. The EMS is responsible for reviewing documentation, verifying licensure, and processing updates to provider records in compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable working with sensitive healthcare data.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3–6 months of experience or training in provider document management.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid provider enrollment preferred. 
  • Knowledge of HIPAA laws and healthcare data handling practices. 
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).

Responsibilities:
 

  • Review and verify enrollment and revalidation documentation to ensure all providers meet Medicaid requirements. 
  • Process updates to provider information accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Identify and escalate enrollment-related issues to leadership. 
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA laws and all applicable policies and procedures. 
  • Assist in optimizing workflows and improving documentation processes. 
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive enrollment and maintenance data. 
  • Participate in HIPAA security and privacy training, as well as other required company trainings and meetings. 
  • Maintain confidentiality in all enrollment-related matters. 
  • Perform other related duties to support company operations as needed.
