We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Site Surveyor/Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of inspections from premises to meter, and meter to transformer, using the provided devices. Responsibilities include navigating to and verifying meter addresses, conducting in-person customer contacts, and annotating the conditions of meters and their surroundings.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in conversational English and Spanish.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; frequent crawling and/or crouching.
• Periodic exposure to unpleasant elements such as dust, fumes, odors, and noise.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and meet stringent deadlines.
• Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using personal computers.

• Perform premise to meter and meter to transformer walk-down inspections.
• Use provided devices to navigate to and verify meter addresses, annotating GPS coordinates.
• Inform customers of surveys on meter and transformer relationships.
• Annotate conditions of meters and their immediate surroundings.
• Leave door cards explaining inspection results.
• Verify and correct order information in Survey .
• Seal unsealed meters and record seal numbers.
• Perform visual inspections of meters and fittings, noting any abnormal conditions.
• Compile and input meter data into Survey .
• Create detailed forms, maps, photos, and GPS coordinates for reports.
• Provide follow-up inspections and professional customer service.
