Job Description :
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist serves as the primary HR resource for the organization,
providing guidance and support across all areas of human resources while ensuring
compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating a broad range of HR functions,
including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits
administration, compliance, employee engagement, and HR operations. The HR Generalist
partners with managers and employees to promote a positive work environment, provide
practical HR guidance, and support organizational objectives through effective people
practices.
