Job Description: Marketing Administrator
About the Role:
We are looking for
someone who has excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as
collaboration with other team members. This role involves managing the
day-to-day of marketing operations, supporting the Brand Managers with
marketing budgets, tracking the performance of marketing campaigns, and
providing administrative support to the marketing team.
Main Responsibilities:
·
Purchase
Order and Good Receipt creation of all Marketing related jobs for Campaign
execution.
·
Work
hand and hand with all marketing suppliers to ensure on-time invoicing, after
job completion.
·
Marketing
budget tracking and analysis by brand.
·
Support
Marketing Team with quotes and work with different suppliers.
·
Lead
Vendor creation with Procurement team.
·
Provide
support on item (sku) system creation and extension.
·
Create
and Lead product Catalogue.
·
Provide
support with the coordination of events and activities like Sales Meetings
(internal to the team/ office).
·
Monitoring
and tracking competitor activities and changes.
·
Set
up tracking systems for marketing campaign and online activities.
·
Analyzing
sell-out data (ex: Circana) to create Marketing Dashboards.
·
Support
Marketing presentations and plans.
·
Organize
all files and Marketing folders for Sales Team.
·
Keep
inventory of Marketing gadgets and promotional material.
·
Keep
track of Marketing Calendar and Activities.
·
Prepare
internal email Newsletters for internal use and communication.
Who we are looking for:
·
Bachelor’s
Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
·
1+
year experience in administrative role (preferred in CPG)
·
Bilingual
(Spanish / English), verbal and written.
·
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, etc)
·
Experienced
in SAP (preferred)
·
Excellent
organizational and communication skills.
·
Ability
to multi-task and prioritize within scheduled timelines.
·
Fast
learner and ability to adapt quickly.
·
Proactive,
highly motivated, and flexible.
