Job Description :

PRODUCTION MASTER SCHEDULER

Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead and communicate commit schedule to customer sales representatives based on capacity and component constraint. Monitor execution against weekly plan. Monitors production schedule and updates orders status.
  • Ensures timely completion of production orders for manufacturing processes.
  • Identifies materials and components requirements in anticipation for production.
  • Reviews capacity loads and identifies possible manufacturing constraints. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs.
  • Identify potential scheduling problems and works with relevant departments to resolve them.
  • Serves as liaison between manufacturing, technical groups, engineering, and operations teams to align the production floor plan to the backlog.
  • Monitors and reports troubleshooting and repair inventory to avoid excess and obsolescence due to ECNs.
  • Work with sales, production, and shipping to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Business or Engineering
  • Ten (10) years in the electronic/ electromechanical manufacturing industry
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with employees at all levels in the organization.
  • Must generate reports on order status, and production progress
  • Able to work under pressure and handling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Good understanding of MRP systems.
