Summary of Responsibilities

  • Manage the full Liberty communications calendar
  • Build, test, and send segmented SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
  • Ensure daily customer base loading and segmentation accuracy
  • Coordinate IVR outbound campaigns with the call center
  • Validate campaign triggers and produce daily reporting
