Job Description :

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in retail chains or large multi-site organizations.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional maturity in the execution of duties
  • Active license from the Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors (CIAPR)
  • Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours
  • Strong knowledge of project management, infrastructure maintenance, team leadership, and budget management
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
  • Comprehensive understanding of management, business operations, and marketing principles
  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining financial strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Strong problem-solving skills with creativity and integrity
  • Experience supervising personnel
  • Strong negotiation and team management skills
