Job Description :

Will provide first-line support to internal teams by resolving operational inquiries and ensuring adherence to workflows and SLAS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working for Medicaid office (MMIS or MCOs).
  • Knowledge of CURAM Systems
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish, oral and written).

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users to validate system functionality and support the development, documentation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Participate in meetings with the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program and other stakeholders to gather project-specific requirements and align on business needs.
  • Analyze current business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend optimized solutions.
  • Support data management efforts (data entry, documentation, creation of reports and presentations).
